Håkon Hægland 818a33ce17 Fix missing communication in auto choke underperformance check 
sumWellSurfaceRates() only returns rank-local rates, but
isAutoChokeGroupUnderperforming_() compared them directly against the
full group target. Add comm_.sum() to aggregate rates across all ranks
before the comparison.

Kai Bao 5bf33bd753 not setting FLD to be NONE for group 
since SingleWellState::GroupTarget does not get group target from a
group under FLD control.

Arne Morten Kvarving d284db78eb set BUILD_FLOW_VARIANTS default to ON 
this option has been broken, which means people
depend on the wrong behavior. it will be fixed to work properly
now, so change the default to avoid breaking existing workflows
and to have tests pass by default

Håkon Hægland 0b5342fa7e Fix serial (non-MPI) build for reservoir coupling 
Guard RateKind usage with #ifdef RESERVOIR_COUPLING_ENABLED in
GroupStateHelper declaration, call site, and implementation. In
serial builds, ReservoirCoupling.hpp is not included so RateKind
is not declared.

Add missing isSlaveGroup() stub to the non-MPI RescoupProxy,
matching the existing isMasterGroup() stub.
