Kai Bao b3e4c4d0d0 removing BlackoilPhases and PhaseUsage 
replacing it with a new PhaseUsageInfo and FluidSystem, both of which
are using the same implementation of PhaseUsageInfo, and only one set of
indices is used. Currently, it is the BlackOilDefaultFluidSystemIndices.

Tor Harald Sandve 5be6b65d28 Reduce osscilations between stop and open 
We add a cap on the number of allowed swichtes per local well solve.
The maximum number is given by --max-well-status-switch-in-inner-iter-wells=
Currently defaulted to 99. I.e. we basicly allow for unlimited switching

Halvor M Nilsen 36581e8b24 Add Option for Edge Conformal Corner-Point Processing 
This commit introduces a new run-time parameter,

    EdgeConformal (--edge-conformal=BOOL, default 'false')

which, when set, activates the edge conformal processing mode in the
low-level grid constructor.  Having edge conformal grids is very
useful in the context of geo-mechanical fracturing processes.  The
mode is available in both sequential and parallel configurations.
