Andreas Lauser	46641d5ace	move the MatrixBlock class and assorted code to its own header ... this avoids recompiles if something changes in ewoms because ISTLSolver.hpp included ISTLSolverEbos.hpp . also, it is better style.	2018-11-14 14:35:52 +01:00
