Bård Skaflestad 3bcb7b06ee Chase Schedule Constructor API Update 
The Schedule object's constructor now needs a NumericalAquifers
container object in order to extract appropriate property values for
well connections in numerical aquifer cells.  Pass a default
constructed object here to signify no numerical aquifers in the
test.

Markus Blatt 85abbbf28d Use HAVE_SUITESPARSE_UMFPACK instead of HAVE_UMPACK 
This works for DUNE 2.7-2.10, but using HAVE_UMFPACK won't work for
older version due to changes needed for 2.10.

DUNE_VERSION_NEWER has been removed. Falling back to DUNE_VERSION_GTE
which exists since at least DUNE 2.7.

Removed switches for older version than 2.7.

Atgeirr Flø Rasmussen 2018fedadf Fix a recent bug indexing in the CPRW cell weights. 
The original fix assumed mistakenly that the well block size
(number of equations and unknowns for the wells) would be
smaller than the reservoir block size. This is wrong for most
models, such as the 3-phase black oil model (4 vs 3).

Fix should handle this situation correctly, and adds explanations.
