Bård Skaflestad 3bcb7b06ee Chase Schedule Constructor API Update 
The Schedule object's constructor now needs a NumericalAquifers
container object in order to extract appropriate property values for
well connections in numerical aquifer cells.  Pass a default
constructed object here to signify no numerical aquifers in the
test.

Kai Bao c352fba27b passing in the reservoir temperature 
to the well state and also primary variables.

it looks like it will have some difficulties to extend to dyanmic
tempeature. We need to revisit it when we are there.
