Set SDA on top of all the other apps / windows.

To allow a user to set SDA Window on top of all the other application windows.
|

# Details
|
|
- On Windows, use the "Always on Top" option under the "Window" menu in the app to set "Always on Top" to true in SDA.
|
|
- On macOS, use the "Always on Top" option under the "Window" menu in the app to set "Always on Top" to true in SDA.
