When building a query for multiple resources only a subset of metrics
are valid and that selection is only available via the API version `2017-12-01-preview`.

* Google Cloud Monitor: Fix mem usage for dropdown
Previously the Metric name dropdown would attempt to load _all_ the
available metric names into the Select which would eventually crash the
browser if the dataset was large enough.
We can fix this by using AsyncSelect and making another query once a
Service is selected _and_ the user types a few characters.

Somehow the query object becomes "unwriteable" post 9.4. To workaround
this I clone the query object before doing any migrations which removes

is taken that triggers a "re-mount", e.g. opening the options pane on
the right side of the page, the `data` prop becomes undefined.

alignmentPeriodLabel now returns a string instead of component. This is
because as a <label> it would cause wrapping issues when the screen size
would change. It also isn't essential information _unless_ the user is

Since `QueryHeaderSwitch` is used in two places I created a new variable that replaces spaces with a dash in the label.

* CloudWatch: prevent log groups from being removed on query change.
Previously when a query was changed the existing log groups for that query were "dropped". The fix is to combine the
new query with the existing query object in memory to preserve the log groups.
