Michael Schlenker 6e3e439399 Find node.source recursively. In some cases (.. figure nested inside other blocks or lists), the node.parent.source is None too, so the old logic fails. Just traverse up, until we get a valid node.source or have no parent at all. 2013-11-08 14:10:07 +00:00

Michael Schlenker ea17129ecd Add .. rubric:: to the list of special cased nodes for gettext. 
The ``.. rubric:: Title`` does not get extracted in all places without, due to the missing node.source field, quite like the title fields.

Erik Bernoth 3a388148d7 writers/latex: debug bibtex hypertarget labels 
The LaTeX reference target used to be the bibitem id. But the bibitem id was
already rewritten to contain a number instead of the lowercased id name, that
is given by the bibtex file. This change adds a new element to the bibitem
instantiation which contains the id from the bibtex file. The hypertarget uses
this bibitem element now.

The alternative fix would be to hyperref the numbered id and leave the target
with the id number as it is. We decided against it, because in the html builder
both the ref and the target use the bibtex id name and not the number.
