Simo Sorce 7a20fc671b Allow to specify Kerberos authz data type per user
Like for services setting the ipaKrbAuthzData attribute on a user object will
allow us to control exactly what authz data is allowed for that user.
Setting NONE would allow no authz data, while setting MS-PAC would allow only
Active Directory compatible data.

Simo Sorce 3e45c9be0a Allow admins to disable preauth for SPNs.
Some legacy softare is not able to properly cope with preauthentication,
allow the admins to disable the requirement to use preauthentication for
all Service Principal Names if they so desire. IPA Users are excluded,
for users, which use password of lessere entrpy, preauthentication is
always required by default.

This setting does NOT override explicit policies set on service principals
or in the global policy, it only affects the default.

Whe requesting a keytab the salt used is the NORMAL type (for backwards and AD
compatibility), however since we added alias support we need to search for the
krbCanonicalName in preference, hen nothing is specified, and for the requested
principal name when a getkeytab operation is performed. This is so that the
correct salt can be applied. (Windows AD uses some peculiar aliases for some
special accounts to generate the salt).

Simo Sorce d03619fff3 Implement replica promotion functionality
This patch implements a new flag --promote for the ipa-replica-install command
that allows an administrative user to 'promote' an already joined client to
become a full ipa server.

The only credentials used are that of an administrator. This code relies on
ipa-custodia being available on the peer master as well as a number of other
patches to allow a computer account to request certificates for its services.

Therefore this feature is marked to work only with domain level 1 and above
servers.

When kadmin tries to change a password it will get the allowed keysalts
from the password policy. Failure to provide them will result in kadmin

This patch provides the supported values that have been read out of the

Then at actual password change, check if kadmin is handing us back the exact

For example for allowing retrieval by a specific user the following ACI

Simo Sorce 1e224c2ea0 CLDAP: Return empty reply on non-fatal errors
Windows DCs return an empty reply when a legal request cannot satisfied.
If we get EINVAL or ENOENT it means the information requested could not be
found or input parameters were bogus.
Always return an empty reply in these cases.

On any other internal error just return, the request may have been legit but we
can't really handle it right now, pretend we never saw it and hope the next
attempt will succeed.

Simo Sorce b402b6d553 CLDAP: Fix domain handling in netlogon requests
1. Stop using getdomainname() as it is often not properly initialized
2. The code using getdomainname() was not working anyway it was trying to
look at the function call output in hostname which is always empty at that
point.
3. Always check the requested domain matches our own, we cannot reply to
anything else anyway.

Simo Sorce 5269458f55 MS-PAC: Special case NFS services
The current Linux NFS server is severely limited when it comes to handling
kerberos tickets. Bsically any ticket bigger than 2k will cause it to fail
authentication due to kernel->userspace upcall interface restrictions.

Until we have additional support in IPA to indivdually mark principals to
opt out of getting PACs attached we always prevent PACs from being attached
to TGTs or Tickets where NFS is involved.

Simo Sorce 7f272a39b6 Get list of service from LDAP only at startup
We check (possibly different) data from LDAP only at (re)start.
This way we always shutdown exactly the services we started even if the list
changed in the meanwhile (we avoid leaving a service running even if it was
removed from LDAP as the admin decided it should not be started in future).

This should also fix a problematic deadlock with systemd when we try to read
the list of service from LDAP at shutdown.

currently no special name is needed.

When setting up agreements we need to be careful in not allowing to
'reconnect' a master that was previously completely deleted as it would
misses entries that are vital for proper functioning. This change in code
fixes 2 problems with the current approach.
1) it removes false positives when we are tryig to reconnect a replica that
was previosuly merely disconnected but was still part of the domain and just
replicating via a different topology and not a direct link
2) adds checks for entries that are deleted when an actual removal is
performed. so that we cannot 'reconnect' previously unrelated replicas when
one of the 2 has been permanently deleted from the masters tree.

Simo Sorce 03fc5c3d73 Fix ticket checks when using either s4u2proxy or a delegated krbtgt
When using s4u2proxy the only ticket we can access via direct krb5 calls is
the HTTP/ ticket which was saved in the ccache as evidence ticket.
This ticket is later used by GSSAPI as evidence to obtain an ldap ticket.

This works by chance, we shouldn't use calls to get_credentials just to
verify ticket expiration dates, but I realize this is a limitation of the
current krbV bindings and we have no other way around at the moment.

Checking the HTTP/ ticket will fail in case a krbtgt is fully delegated to
us. In that case the ccache will contain only a krbtgt, so as a fallback
we check that.

Checking the ldap/ ticket is never really useful. When s4u2proxy is used,
trying to check the ldap/ ticket will fail because we do not have it yet
on the first authentication before a session is estalished, and doing it
later is not useful.

When we have a krbtgt we could go and grap a ldap/ ticket directy, but
again that makes little sense. In general all tickets will have the same
expiration date (which deopends on the original krbtgt) so checking one
is sufficient.
