Magne Sjaastad 20a6373104 #14780 Add unit tests for grouping mode None with varied folder structures 
Add a test covering a flat 'realization-N/CASE.EXT' folder structure
(no iter-N level) grouped with EnsembleGroupingMode::NONE, verifying
all files end up in a single best-effort ensemble. Also add a test
confirming empty input produces no bogus ensemble entry.
