ad96999800 Use "help:" instead of "ghelp:" to display our documentation on linux 
This comes with a few nice side effects:
* "help:" no longer needs the workaround to link directly to an anchor.
" "help:" requires the document's book id to be "index". We used to have
"index" for guide and "help" for manual. The forced alignment also
allows us to simplify the way MacOS invokes guide an manual.

c81aedddde Bug 798611 - Date changing when changing timezone by one hour 
When getting a date from the date editor anywhere in the program
set the time to neutral time instead of the beginning of the day
unless get_date_internal is called with GNC_DATE_EDIT_SHOW_TIME
in which case the user-provided time is used.

Fix on lot editor UI:
Empty lots have opening date "Empty", blank closing date.
Open lots have appropriate opening date, closing date "Open"

70abdbd1ae [assistant-stock-transaction] send stock_amt | stock_val fieldmask 
because the stock_value may be FieldMask::DISABLED with a stock split
in a short position. The | operator ensures FieldMask::ENABLED_CREDIT
is used, which negates the stock amount.
