19591988e2 Fix uninstall target for cmake > 3.25 
execute_process and exce_program were changed in cmake 3.26 to run
only at configure time, breaking cmake_uninstall.cmake. The recommened
replacement is add_custom_target and add_custom_commsnd, but there's
no way to run a loop in either of those so this commit replaces
cmake_uninstall.cmake with cmake_uninstall.sh. This works on Microsoft
Windows beacuse at present we have to build on Windows in a MSYS2
shell. If at some point we gain the ability to build in a straight
Windows environment then we'll need a Windows CMD equivalent.

55465e88ed Add function to GncQueryView to expand column 
Add function gnc_query_set_expand_column to GncQueryView so that the
expand column can be specified that takes up any available free space.

Use this function in the Due Bills/Invoice Reminder to to set the
expanding column to the company name.

99f067ffe3 Fix g_object warning for creating schedule from trans 
When you try and schedule an open transaction like the blank
transaction a dialog warns you and prevents doing so. As a result a
couple of objects were being unrefed which had not be created so add a
test for the objects before being unrefed.

83b49c34fe Allow more account types in the payment window's transfer account list 
So far it was limited to Asset, Liability, Credit Card
and either Income (for customer payments) or Expenses (for vendor payments).

There are however use cases where a customer payment also covers
expenses (like for example a Paypal service charge).

To allow for as many edge cases as possible the
filter now only excludes those account types I worry
will break the business logic: AP and AR accounts.
That is, with this change you won't be able to create a
customer payment (which necessarily has one split an an AR account)
that transfers to another AR or to an AP account.

While even that may work, I am sure the business features weren't
designed to cope with this and I can't exhaustively test that.

c549e203cb Bug 799449 - Save As... sequence from SQL to XML format does not... 
clear lock on the origin SQL book.

GncDbiSqlConnection::unlock_database function errored out if the last
dbi interaction resulted in an error, even if it was a harmless index
out of range. Ignore index out of range errors.

bda17ff4d8 Bug 799487 - Unable to save gnucash DB file as XML file 
Not quite true, it just takes a really long time for a large database.

The underlying problem is gnc_file_do_save_as reloads the data to make
sure that the save-as saves everything. On the SQL backend that
triggers a scrub. The scrub itseld doesn't take long, but every
transaction commit was logged in the transaction log and did a refresh
of the registers. So:
* Suspend logging while doing the scrub.
* Suspend UI refreshes and QOF events while reloading the data.
