1a5247c10e [report-utilities] more efficient gnc:accounts-get-commodities 
don't create intermediate lists which are immediately used and
discarded.

don't locale-compare commodity names, which has locale-transform
overhead, and creates lots of temporary strings.

testing for duplicates via O(N) member is very adequate because
num(unique commodities) is expected to be small.

use the stack when accumulating commodities, avoiding need to prepend
and reverse.

"Import CSV" wizard

In MSWin the UnicodeString(char*) ctor assumes that the input string
is encoded in the current codepage, but the input to
gnc_list_formatter is encoded in UTF8. Use the static class function
UnicodeString::fromUTF8 instead.

8af24e9ea8 Change the SLR sorting of the transaction column 
As a tree model is being used, the transaction column displays either
the schedule name at depth 1 or the occurrence date at depth 2. This
allows for the sorting function to be changed on path depth so that the
sorting can be done by schedule name or occurrence date.

To sort by schedule name, a schedule name is first selected and then
the column header is pressed to change order.

To sort by occurrence date, a date is selected and then the column
header is pressed to change order based on the date of the first
occurrence.

A tool tip has been added to indicate the sort order being used.

1a81dffea3 Bug 799179 - SLR won't allow change from "Reminder" to any other state 
This was due to a previous commit to remove empty instances. It was not
realised that the GtkTreeModel needed to be in sync with the GList of
instances as the location in the model was being used to find the
location in the GList.

To fix this, a new column 'PTR' was added to the model and populated
with instances, instance or variable depending on depth and these are
used to the required objects.

9d15e70ce2 Bug 799148 - Reliable crash when saving a modified saved report... 
configuration.

The user's saved configurations included some based on a bad
report-id, so handle the hash table returning #f by skipping that configuration.

There's an odd side-effect: The Save Configuration As action doesn't
prepare the dialog to edit the saved configuration name, the user must
find the new configuration and rename it. It works correctly if there
are no discarded configurations.
