b41e626076 Bug 798053 - Accounts renumeration (renumbering) 
In the renumbering sub accounts dialog, the examples displayed have
leading zeros but when pressing 'OK' they are dropped. This has been
fixed and an additional spin button added to specify the number of
digits the generated code will have.

c000a890ad Bug 798501 - Balance wrong date end of account period 
With the accounting period preference settings set to 'Start/End of
previous quarter' and balance sheet report using 'End of accounting
period' the date is wrong, currently is 30/03/2022 when it should be
31/03/2022.

Simplify gnc_gdate_set_quarter_end to get correct last day and
subtract the 3 months befor calling said function.

2b198dbce4 [assistant-stock-transaction] avoid resetting txn_types unnecessarily. 
UX improvement.

Previously the txn_types dropdown list would be regenerated whenever
the GtkAssistant reaches the page PAGE_TRANSACTION_TYPE. This means
selecting "Sell", pressing "Next", then "Previous" would reset the
type to "Buy".

This commit will store the date at which the txn_types was set; it
will avoid resetting txn_types unless the date is changed.

674b49bd8d Merge branch 'maint-stock-assistant' into maint #1328 
- add support for warnings in stock transaction assistant

- warn if new transaction date is earlier than latest stock account
transaction date

- reorder pages - input date prior to input stock activity type,
because the latter depends on the former.

fccd07424d [assistant-stock-transaction] reorder of Pages - date before type. 
Because the date may be in the past, and the stock balance at that
date will dictate the available stock txn types available for
creation.

The available stock txn types is thus dependent on the desired date,
and must only be initialized when preparing the txn_type page.

56fa5949f9 use (string-concatenate ...) instead of (apply string-append ...) 
similarly to a48e656ee, string-concatenate is less vulnerable to stack
overflow. this was confirmed by wingo some time back.

efbc12b321 [gnc-main-window] page->window is not main_window, skip warning 
This function gets called for both regular register *and* the embedded
register in the SX template editor. The latter is not a main_window,
and launching the SX editor would lead to warnings.

37791b608c [gnc-plugin-page-register] if account==NULL, skip AccountIsPriced 
because gnc_plugin_page_register_ui_initial_state may be called for
non-account registers (eg the sx editor) and account may be null,
don't call xaccAccountIsPriced on null account.

1420368b5b [balsheet-pnl] faster definition of balance lists 
because the accounts and accounts-cols-data have direct 1-to-1
mapping, it is not necessary to map accounts and retrieve from
accounts-cols-data. mapping from accounts-cols-data produces
identical results, avoiding O(N^2) access from accounts-cols-data.
